These Carnivore Chicken Thighs with Butter Sauce are juicy, tender, and rich in flavor. With just two main ingredients, this dish embodies the simplicity of the carnivore diet.
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and garlic powder (optional).
- Melt the butter and pour half of it over the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the thighs before serving.
