These Crispy Carnivore Chicken Wings are seasoned simply and baked to perfection, creating a mouthwatering, protein-rich dish that’s perfect for dinner or a snack.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp tallow or ghee
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. This helps them become extra crispy.
- Toss the wings with sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika (optional).
- Place the wings on the baking sheet and brush them with melted tallow or ghee.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
