Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp beef drippings or beef tallow
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Heat the beef drippings in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
