This creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip is perfect for snacks, parties, or even a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (sugar-free)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (sugar-free)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Celery sticks or pork rinds for serving
Instructions:
- Add chicken breasts to the crockpot and season with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
- Top with cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve warm with celery sticks or pork rinds.
