These Keto Chicken Tenders are crunchy, flavorful, and baked instead of fried, making them a healthier option. With a crispy almond flour coating, they’re one of the most kid-approved keto dinner recipes that’s also easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tenderloin in the beaten egg, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with a keto-friendly dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
