This Keto Pizza Casserole brings all the flavors of pizza in a kid-friendly casserole form without the carbs from traditional crust. It’s one of those keto dinner recipes that feels like a treat for the whole family, with layers of ground beef, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and melted cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, until fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and black olives.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy with a side salad.
