This juicy, flavorful pulled pork is a keto-friendly twist on a classic BBQ favorite.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder (boneless)
- 1/2 cup sugar-free BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour apple cider vinegar and half of the BBQ sauce over the pork.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix in the remaining BBQ sauce. Serve with coleslaw or over a bed of cauliflower rice.
