These Festive Fruit and Nut Energy Balls are naturally sweet and packed with energy, perfect for a healthy holiday snack. Made with dates, nuts, and a touch of cinnamon, these energy balls are easy to make and ideal for keeping you fueled throughout holiday festivities.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (unsweetened)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, walnuts, cranberries, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined and sticky. If it’s too dry, add a few drops of water.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
