These Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze are a perfect side dish for Thanksgiving. Packed with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, this recipe delivers all the crunch and flavor you want from a holiday vegetable dish without the heaviness.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
