This Baked Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs recipe is a classic, easy dinner option that’s full of flavor and perfect for a busy weeknight. With just a few ingredients, you’ll have a satisfying, paleo-friendly dish that even the kids will love.
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
