This light and refreshing dish uses zucchini noodles instead of pasta, making it a paleo-friendly and low-carb option.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 1 cup marinara sauce (no added sugar)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the ground beef with garlic powder and onion powder until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss gently to coat them in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender but not soggy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
