These Paleo Chicken Nuggets are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for a kid-friendly meal. Made with almond flour for the coating, they’re grain-free, gluten-free, and packed with protein.
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil for frying
Instructions:
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a shallow dish, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite paleo-friendly dipping sauce.
