These Paleo Sweet Potato Fries are a kid-favorite and much healthier than traditional fries. They’re baked to perfection and seasoned with a pinch of salt, making them a great side dish or snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, and salt in a large bowl.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
