This Simple Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is one of my favorite paleo dinner recipes that’s super satisfying and easy to prepare. The beef and broccoli combo is a great source of protein and fiber, making it a healthy and filling option.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining coconut oil and broccoli florets. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the coconut aminos. Stir to coat and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy this simple, hearty dinner.
